The Garden is Flint Rock’s most eastern section of the community, and is the only subdivision within Flint Rock that offers cul-de-sac locations.

This gated subdivision has thirty lots; 13 of which are available in Phase One.

A minimum of 2,600 heated and cooled SF is required.

The Orchard

The Orchard is Flint Rock’s horseshoe shaped subdivision with all of its lots backing to green space, common area and/or a nature trail or walking path.

This gated subdivision has thirty-one lots; 10 of which are available in Phase One.

 A minimum of 3,000 heated and cooled SF is required.

The Parke

The Parke encompasses the entire northern end of Flint Rock, and is surrounded by 151 acres of dedicated conservation area.

 The largest of the gated subdivisions, The Parke has a total of thirty-five lots; 12 of which are available in Phase One.
